How To Make Kits

I have lately noticed that people have being making fantasy football kits, and i wondered how you make them. Because I might try it.

Not tried the program GIMP, but apparently they work on that, so that program and Photoshop do the trick. You must download designed templates. Just search on Google, they'll be there somewhere.
