how to make loan signings?

currently i'm with coventry and i'm trying to sign players that are listed for loan but how do i go about doing this? when making an offer the loan is greyed out but the player's info is listed for loan so where did i go wrong?

Are you in the transfer window? If you are not you will have to wait until it opens to make loan signings.

currently im in dec, i'm still able to make offers for a transfer but the loan option is greyed out. i guess i will wait for the jan transfer window and see how it is.

u can see who's on loan in the player search area. suso from liverpool is available on loan iirc though, so get him now!!!!
