I'm am wondering whether it is posible to make a club like San Marino have the same in game rules as athletic bilbao (So they only can sign basque players, in this case player from San Marino).
I haven't been able to find this anywhere online, and have failed to do it myself.
Do any of you know how to do this? Or at least how to change so all new youth players automatically will become from San Marino?
