How to Make skins for FM 2010

Hi everyone, i was looking for someone to help me i have just bought photoshop cs4 extended so i can make some skins on fm 2010 but im not sure how to do it could someone point me in the right direction or show me how to do it thanks

Because no one wants you to, also not sure how you got hold of PS (CS4) for £5....so wouldn't like you to get removed from the website.
