How to manage a small nation/club

Greetings, first off please forgive the noob question and/or if it's posted in the wrong section of the forum.

I'd like your help in knowing how to apply for and manage a smaller nation or club in FM2012. The target country I have in mind is "Lebanon", target club is any club within that country, i.e. "Sagesse".

I've tried loading the Asia countries, that didn't help, any thoughts?

have you tried loading all the players from that country ?? also if there is no Lebanon league on the game then you will need to download an add on of the league if there is one created

Thanks for the reply, I can't find the country to load its players in vanilla FM2012. I'm looking to see if an add on has been created, we'll see what the search yields...

theirs a megapack with a load of countries added on to play in! its brilliant
