How to manage Jordan ( country)

I'm trying to manage my country Jordan but I just cant find the way to do so. Its in Middle east, Asia.

I don't think you can apply to manage Jordan, unless you start your game with nation - Jordan.

It is not possible to start with Jordan.
A guy was saying the other day that he started playing with a team in Germany in 3rd division and the young players he joined the club was Jordanians, but not sure if he said he used any editor or not.
I don't want to go through managing a 3rd division team and then not be able to manage the country.
any thoughts ?

you can download this database and it has Jordon on it

you just have to follow the intructions then select Jordon when loading up a game

then when you load the game, make sure that that extra file is selected
