Jose philosophy is known as rigid and discipline squad,the teams he manage plays in a direct and fast style,
pure "Counter Attacking Football".

I would like you guys to gather some ideas on how we can manage like Jose Mourinho in the Match engine of FM 11.

You can get some ideas from this tactic, it is very good i hear and inspired by mourinho apparently. The formation is also a 4231 with dm's.
