How to mark opistion AMR/L with winger?

Say when i come up against Real madrid for example is there anyway for me to mark the AMR/L position say ronaldo specificly with my MR Eg.Milner?

When game has started: go to Tactics -> Players -> Instruction -> Mark player.

you can use the specific man marking in the player instructions. Just remember that your MR won't be able to actually do so if he gets forward in attacks, its just impossible.

Thanks, so its not possible instruction wise to stick a specific player on an opposition player, i assume if i pick ronaldo to be man marked most of the marking would be done by my FB and not Midfielder?
