playing like Barca has nothing to do with training mate

That, would work just like in real life. Just like Wenger in Arsenal and X in Barca, the players are handpicked at a youg age and thenm trained in this for between 5- 10 years, then they are able to think football this way and play like this 
What i am saying here is that this is not something that you can train a 25+ to become but yoou can try to teach him some ppms and use a tactical setup that retains possesion.
Make a search of the forum and you will find that there is at least 10 barcelona threads in FM12 and over 30 in FM11 ( the ideas holds)
