How to play Andy Carroll?

i have him on my Liverpool side. I play him as a striker with his partner being Suarez. Henderson and Gervinho are my wingers/inside forwards. I currently play Carroll as a target man. What specificplayer instructions should I give him to make him find the net. He's got 1 goal in 9 appearances :l
