how to play like holland in the 90s

hey guy's i am currently working on a tactic that plays like holland did back in the early 90s it's doing o.k but i need to tweak a little the sweeper role seems to be the problem every other position is doing o.k apart from this.
do you have any suggestions on how to play that role as it could make the tactic really special.

you need to keep in mind the players you have. so if you have big men up top and crunching midfielders they wont be all that amazing at playing "total football". Try playing Fluid philosophy

every position is looking good they seem to be every where and play great football it's just the sweeper who seems to switch of for most of the game.

Should be "How to play like Holland in the 70s". That was fantastic football. No one came and comes close. Not even today's Barcelona.

Team instructions should be something like:
Very Fluid
Attacking
Shorter
More expressive
Press more
Default
Zonal marking (?). Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Default
More roaming

Yep they were special & only lost in the '74 WC Final because they were up against a West German side at it's very peak who were playing a home game !

Having said that, how many above average players are there in FM 2011 who can play in at least 3 different positions equally well ? Not a lot. You'd have to do an awfull lot of new position training on players & their adaptability rating would have to be 15+.

I'm also big fan of dutch football, so I'm trying to recreate formations from the past in every FM and before in every CM I have played.
Before I could do that very well and I'm very proud on my Ajax 1994/95 formation on CM2, but in last few FM-s I'm never satisfied with my Ajax 3-4-3 tactics.

We can exchange our formations.
I'm not satisfied with my 3 defenders. I cant set they play more wider. Offensive part is OK but defense leaking like Swiss cheese against 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1

as far as the team being fluid they are doing really well changing positions all the time and confusing the other teams it's just leaking goals now and then and it's not my 2 cb who are the problem it's just the sweeper role but iv tweaked it a little and and the 2 cb aswell and it seems o.k just playing more games iv played 16 games so far and top of the league with psv with 6 points clear.

iv scored 36 goals and conceded 11 but i will fix that problem if it kills me.

I downloaded that pack and it had 3 or 4 different options of dutch styles i never got round to testing it though. Its just on the old sliders aswell instead of the new wizard.

Seemed well thought out any one tested them?

Here is the ss of team instructions, but I'm still far away from being satisfied with this tactics. Like you can see, I moved AMLR at WFLR and that's looks very well on the field (2nd picture)
I'm at season 2018/19 and I have the best team in the league, 8 titles in the row, Croatian league is very easy league if you playing with Hajduk or Dinamo, and my results since I'm using this tactic are less impressive. I'm waiting for dlayden84 to see his tactic, and maybe that will help me to improve my tactic. Also I will test tactic in some other league with some other club.
