how to play over web? and other question

2 questions today

1. i heard you get achievements for winning the league or scoring X amount of goals, where can you view this?

2. if me and my brother wish to play a game over the net is it possible? someone was saying we would need Hitachi? and be on the same config file can anyone help or tell me what to do

You only get achivements if you installed the game with steam.
