Ok i would like this thread to be stickied as it is very good advice.
For any people out ther who like their old games to work on their new spec laptops.
As you know if you try play a windows 95 or 98 game on Windows 7 it wont work.
Here is a simple solution which involves no Emulator or software downloads.
Find the game/application you want to run.
right click on the game/app until a toolbar appears.
Click properties on the bottom of the toolbar.
Click on the compatibility option on the options.
Click the box, "Run on"
Then select the preffered os labeled on the game recomended specs.
Click apply.
This should allow you to run any old game or software on even the latest products.
This works on the Windows XP/Vista/7 MSDOS systems for sure. Possibly works for older versions of windows but hasnt been checked.
