How to predict coach growth?

Hey all, I've convinced both Etoo and Kaka to become coaches and they are decent right now.

What I want to know is if there are any stats to predict how well a coach can turn out. Etoo has 16+ Determination and Adaptability but Kaka's is lower but has other stats Etoo doesn't.

I'd like to make one of them my assistant as they are only slightly worse than him and I think they can improve.

So basically, between Etoo with his high determination and Adapt, or Kaka with his higher motivation and judging ability who has a higher ceiling as asst coach?
 
I can't use fmrte, and I think i read where it doesn't really say on there anyway.

I've been able to develop a lot scouts before, most of them had decent adaptability and determination. But I think that has to do with me sending them to scout 500+ players every year thus gaining experience. I've never really noticed much development in any of my coaches since I've started playing FM 09
