How to put facepacks and badges in game?

Is it the same as FM11, and i just put them in the folder 'graphics' and then click 'reload skin on confirm',

because i've done that and the badges don't seem to be showing, help!?

I don't have them in a graphics folder. I just have them where the other folders are, and called the folder "Faces". Just like on FM 11. Never had any problems with that.
