How to put updates into your game?

I've just downloaded lfc's marshall's latest update but how do you put it in your game?

1. Put the file into you Documents and Settings/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2011/editor data folder. If it isn't there, create it.
2. Start a new game.

I have done that but it still isn't working any help please.

When you start a game, then a pop-up will come up. Select the 11.3 database, then tick change(editor data). Then select(only) the LFC update. It should work then. Could you describe your problem?

It just doesn't show the pop-up please help

On the main screen, if you start a new game. Click on New Game, and then a little window will come up.

Same problem here. I have searched the net but no solutions. editor data folder created. Database copied in. Started new game. Nothing there. Pants.
