As I recognized that transfer fees are often much higher than the player value. I would like to hear your advice concerning how to reduce Transfer fees, espacially for Young Players. How do You approach your transfer targets to get them as cheap as possible?

Transfer fee can also be lower than player value. It depends a lot on how long the player you want to sign, is on. A player with one year left will be cheaper than his normal value. A young regen (highly rated once) are initially signed on contracts thats why they are extremely costly, try after one season and their price will be lower. It also depends on wages.

And to get the best deal, think you'd try to unsettle them by declaring interest and hope they put transfer req. Juve weren't accepting my 60M bid for Pogba, he put in transfer req in order to come to my team and I had my 40M bid accepted.
