How to remove somethin in player profile

hello sorry for the title, i dont know what the name is of what i want to remove. It is the think beside the player face. Were you can se the circle of stats. I want to remove it but i dont know how. The reason that i want to remove it is cause it makes the game borring. All the players remind of each other, even thought the stats doesnt. Its cause i am used to look at the "circle" and thats it.

Some skins have it some dont change to a skin that doesnt

you can get rid of it,but not on the default skin i dont think.

ok thx i have downloadet some skins, but the text size is to big. How can i then change the size, when ive downloadet the skin
