How to rename a thread?

I've been posting on a thread now for several weeks documenting my Football Manager 2015 save, but I've recently moved clubs from Newcastle United to Tottenham but the post is still named "The Toon Rollercoaster", is there a way to re-name the thread?

I think you can, just edit the OP and change the title? Have to go to Advanced to do it. If not, just ask a Mod.
