How to repay PFA transfer embargo?

So I've just started a new game and found 4 or 5 absolutely unbelievable free transfers who I'm sure a couple of whom would be interested in joining my club though...the problem is, the club is under a "PFA transfer embargo". Basically I get this **** message saying "you cannot sign players until the PFA embargo has been lifted...this can be achieved by repaying the loan". The problem is, I've got absolutely no idea how to repay the loan...I mean, I thought they made these games idiot-proof these days...why isn't there just a huge button saying "repay loan"?!? I've checked in the finance centre and the "loans outstanding" section is blank, I've gone to the boardroom and there's no option to pay this loan off under the financial discussion topics...I've also checked in both the official and FMRTE editor and there's no mention of any transfer embargo...

Does anyone have any idea how I can repay this/remove it, either in game, using the real-time editor or even manually editing some of the FM files?

Exeter City...in the data editor I went through and am convinced that I changed everything I had to. I mean, who wants to START the game when you can't sign any players...that takes away all the fun!

Yeh it does! Quite strange that you have a transfer embargo. Have you tried to get loan players in?

If you look at the finances section i will bet you you will find that your club has an extreme amount of debt. and you cannot buy players until your board deals with it. or you deal with it by selling players.

Not yet...I'll try that today. Obviously, I really want to bring players in permanently, but it will be interesting if I'm able to loan players in

I noticed that the club is in administration, however I can't seem to find any option in the game which lets me pay off the debt. I've given the club a ridiculous amount of money purely so I can pay off the debt, however I can't see any option in either the finance section or boardroom which lets me pay off the debt and get out of administration...any ideas?
