How to sell expensive players with huge wages?

Yeah this is one negative of the game currently. The only option I can think of is if City or PSG were to offer him 300k p/w or summing and you were forced to pay the rest (275k extra for Ronaldo) More importantly though...why would you want to sell them?

To be fair, I don't think anyone in football (Bar City and PSG) could afford them. The fee is one thing but they subsidizing the wages is a huge investment.
Messi's wages right now are 350k p/w with a contract unill 2018: meaning he's going to cost them 67.2M pounds. They've budgeted to spend 67.2M pounds on one player . . . .how many other clubs would do that, and we haven't even factored in his transfer fee cost.

Used them as an example and last year KAKA was a problem to sell, because of the wages.
