How to sell expensive players with huge wages?

Imagine if you wanted to sell Bale or Ronaldo from Real Madrid. How would you go about it. From my experience, they just don't sell...
 
Yeah this is one negative of the game currently. The only option I can think of is if City or PSG were to offer him 300k p/w or summing and you were forced to pay the rest (275k extra for Ronaldo) More importantly though...why would you want to sell them? ;)
 
To be fair, I don't think anyone in football (Bar City and PSG) could afford them. The fee is one thing but they subsidizing the wages is a huge investment.

Messi's wages right now are 350k p/w with a contract unill 2018: meaning he's going to cost them 67.2M pounds. They've budgeted to spend 67.2M pounds on one player . . . .how many other clubs would do that, and we haven't even factored in his transfer fee cost.

Used them as an example and last year KAKA was a problem to sell, because of the wages.
