how to sign a player in "joker" window?

how can i sign player in this window in french?
if i offer transfer for a player i can set the date only to the end of the season or to next availble (1 january)

is the player you're trying to sign of French nationality? As the joker transfer window is only for French players if I´m not mistaken.

play with club from FL , and you can use 'jocker' window to sign only ONE FRENCH player... hope this helps

I'm not sure, but it might be because Sissoko has a 2nd nationality as well.
