Does anyone have any tips on how to sign players without getting ripped off. Players that are valued at around £10m are only being allowed to leave for a minimum of £30m. Does anyone have any techniqes such as how you can unsettle a player and get them transfer listed or any tips when negotiating with a club to knock them down. I'm chelsea and don't currently have masses of money at my disposal(spent on overpriced players) and can't buy anyone half decent without being out-priced!
