How to sign this player

Ok so Im in my 2nd season with Arsenal after coming in 2nd last season and this season just cruising towards the title. My main target was Yann Mvilla in January and will be in summer.

Ive been talking to press about him with admiring etc and he really wants to move clubs. His current status is unhappy because his club isnt letting him hold talks with my club and looks forward to move clubs so hes transfer listed. However whenever I try to bid for him the lowest they go for is 50 mil which I have but to be honest Im not willing to spend on the player (Wenger philosophy). How would I go about signing this player? Ive thought about waiting for his contract to run out but it will happen in the year after this so its quite a while but I really need a good ball winner since Song is getting old and Frimpong has been quite ****. Any advice?

Offer good amount of money with no wiggle room ( Non negotiable ) and as they will likely reject it straight away player becomes more and more unhappy and might ask for transfer.

Also look at alternatives. Fellaini for example if he's still at Everton.
 
yea if he wants to come and they reject a bid the player generally gets annoyed. even if you offer 1k they still get annoyed if its rejected. so you can do that repeatedly then sign him for generally half price if he is still upset and the club doesnt play him
