How to start playing with club and national team

Hi guys!

I've tried to find any thread about this to no avail. So please forgive me if y'all had discussed about this topic before.

I found out that I cannot start playing as a Toulouse FC and France national team manager at the same time. Any solution for this?

start with France and win the world cup with them, then add a dummy manager as Toulouse, leave then you apply for the job
