How to stop FM17 from auto updating

How to stop it from auto update on Steam? Is there a way?

And not to go to offline mode.

If I do chose to go to offline mode do I still get achievements?

anyone have the fm.exe original 64bits 17.2.0 or 17.2.1?

Assume no-one knows then? Unfortunately I live in a very rural area with very (very) poor internet connection so even the small auto updates take hours or so which is frustrating if I want to play

I always play with Steam offline but every now and again FM tells me it won't open offline, so I put Steam online, try and open FM and then...bam...the download gets me.
