How to talk with other manager, player, next opponent like fm13

Hi guys, i want to ask in FM 2013 we can always do mind games with other manager, or we can praise other manager and maybe bully other manager that we already beat him. And we can praise player who we want to buy so the chance they want to join us bigger.

In Fm 2014 i dont think they have this feature. I know some journalist ask me about relationship with my next opponent manager but i cant talk freely like fm 2013. Just say in fm 2013 we can doubt if other manager get award, in here we cant ?

About player we like we can say we declare interest but only that? Is this im missing something about talking feature? or the change the feature?
Because i really like to talk with other manager about their reputation, achievement, etc.. Can someone help if im missing something? thanks

They've changed the whole media interaction system, with all the player/manager interaction now handled through the press conferences. So no, you can no longer talk about other players/managers like on FM13. The media now comes to you, instead of you going to the media - like in real life.

I see.. Thanks mersk for your answer, so now i wonder if we click on other manager name. We can private chat with them right? but that alwasy show in grey, never once it allow me to talk with them. Is this bug? why they give this features if we cant talk with them?

You can talk to them about loan players, but that of course requires you to actually have a player on loan at their club.
