How to train a prefered move in FM 12 ?

Hello guys, I am not a beginner in FM but I really have this "noob - problem". I tried to find a way to train my players a prefered move, but no luck. In FM 11 for example, you asked your player from "Private Chat" to learn a certain PPM, but in FM 12 I can't find out how. Please give me an advice, cause I go nuts about this.

It's not in Private chat anymore, under interaction you have 'start prefrerred move' but then you have to check what your coaches advise and if your unlucky then the move you want is available (at least that's what I've found)
