How to transfer saved games from computers

Hi guys

I have recently got a new laptop and was hoping that someone could tell me, if it's possible, how to take my saved game with Bristol City from my family computer to my new laptop as I have won the Premier League in my 3rd season

Is it as simple as taking a memory stick or can I link it to my Steam account?

I needed to do this a while back when my old laptop broke.

All you need is to put it on a memory stick then transfer it.

Cut and paste in to a external hard drive or memory stick big enough. Only an issue if you have pics etc and want to transfer them.

No, I don't have any pics that I want to transfer but which file is it I have to cut/copy and paste. The whole FM2012 folder?

No just SI -> FM12 -> Games then save you want to copy.
