How to unlock the japanese natioanl team ?

I have already deleted the following files -fake.inc and nleague.inc...

Have you deleted them for the latest patch? I think there's different folders for every update with the files in them.

I also would appreciated if someone explained step by step how to unlock the Japanese national team and how to make that the teams in Bundesliga have the real name that they have in real like.

Okay it seems that i didn't delete all the files needed to get it done. Silly me.
