these are things that can be unlocked in football manager classic mode

you can either buy them with cash or i think its after so many seasons you may unlock things

You have to play FM Classic Mode to unlock them.

You can unlock them in the full experience game but they can only be used in Classic Mode. To find out what you need to do go to the downloads drop down menu which details how you earn them/how much they cost to obtain. It's more fun to earn them than to buy them in my view.
