How to use Custom Database?

Hello all, I want to create a custom database with a few edits to it, nothing major, I know you do this using the editor and save it as a different database, but where do I select this database when creating a new game.

Last time I edited the database for FM was like 2006 - 2007 where I downloaded the editor from the internet lol so I'm a noob to this

When you click new game it will have a box for you to tick that says custom database next to it ?

Do you have to have actually created one for this option to appear?

Yeah I think so, that's how I used my custom database anyway so I think it should be the same for you
