How to use one background for your whole game? (FM12)

So i set up a background with the id for my team in the xml but when i go to other teams it reverts back to the standard background, how can i get it to keep the same one the whole way through my game?

Download a skin with a permanent background picture. Go into the skins files and find the background picture, probably under graphics>backgrounds. Replace the background picture with a picture of your choosing, re-name your new picture the same as the the picture it has replaced (usually, simply '1' in my experiences).

Thanks for your help much appreciated and a nice idea, but does anyone know how to write it into the game as skin creators must do? It can't be too difficult...
