How to view amount of staff allowed?

How do i view this in fm 2012? in 2011 i just went to the boardroom, but in 2012 sometimes its there but most of the time it isnt, how do i view it all the time?

On your squad screen select 'View Club' then the 'Staff' tab.

Board Overview, the same place as you go to adjust budgets using the slider. If your talking to the board or looking at board confidence it will be one of the sub tabs on that screen.

i go to board overview and in its place is "scouting" :/

When you offer a contract, it will tell you how many people you have in that role and how many are allowed in the bottom right hand corner.
