Ok how do you find a regen that has the potential ability to be like Berbatov?

I mean how do you search? I saw a thread that says you can somehow scout for regen that has the ability to be like Torres etc

where do you go to o.o.

You can ask your coach or scout how good they could be with their accucracy in judging based on their scouting attibutes

No no no its not cheating -_- what I meant was to find a regen that could be the same type of player as Berba or Torres.

Im not sure how to put it...not using the editor using the scouts to like sort or filter.. I saw a thread about doing this but I just can't find it.
