How would i devolp josh mcearen/

Got lampard tutoring him, and i'm 13 games in my first season and josh mc has only gone up in influence, determination.

i use defult training,

so what could i do to make him devolp quicker?

Make him available for the reserves, give him some first-team games whenever you can (If you can't, loan him out and make sure he'll be an important first-team player) Also make him a custom training regime.
