I build my teams around a high press, rigid, high tempo 4141. This year I'm on Eibar. 5th place first year, shooting for top 4 2nd season. I live on free transfers, selling for profit, and building the club (still haven't gotten a statue in any of my saves though).
I'm happy to share .tac if anyone wants them. But you have to promise not to judge until the team is fluid with it.
