Huddersfield Town in the Premier League.... Help!

I've just started the 2014/2015 season and I have just been promoted to the Premier League. After winning my first match against West Brom 4-0, I have suffered 4 defeats in a row to Chelsea, Everton, Stoke and Norwich, and I have Man City and Manchester United to come.

My squad is...

GK Smithies + Brad Jones

DR Santon + Ebondo

DC McShane + Munies + Savic + Wallace + Calvet

DL van Aanholt

MC Fernando + Barkley + Nolan + Henderson + Bigirimana

AMR Albrighton + Simpson

AML Danny Ward

ST Leon Best + Zohore + Campbell + 16 year old French regen



Can you recommend any parts of my squad I should improve? I had a board takeover with a cash injection, so I have around 8 million to spend, maybe a bit more if i can offload some of my reserves (Jenkinson, Walker, Caceres, Wanduka and Mendy).

Who would you recommend, as if I stay as I am, relegation is on the cards....

You have a good squad for a low premier league side, but you should probably improve the AML position, unless Ward has been performing significantly well, I would just search specifically for a AML in the transfer menu as nobody knows who you would be able to sign. Also, which campbell do you have, and has Zohore progressed well for you?

Ward has actually been my best player, averaged 7.34 in the premier league so far. Fraizer Campbell, became a fan favourite, managed to get a regular place on the England bench. Zohore hasn't been too good, I was looking for him to take over from Best when he starts to reach 30, but Zohore's goal scoring record is too low to warrant a starting place. I now have a regen who is incredible who will start next season.

I'm also with Huddersfield, good choice mate !!

First off, get cover for your DL, injuries are the worst !!
Get a better AML, someone like Eduardo Salvio, Kiko Fermenia, Ryan Boubedoz, those types. Keep Danny Ward as a second choice, he's not very effective in the Premieship.

You'll also need a 20+ goal scorer, someone like Fierro, Quintero, Yaya Sanogo.
