You don't really need the option now with the advanced database option.

However, here is one: Huge Database option for FM16

I personally play with all continents on in advance database with the top 3 boxes ticked which gives me a database of 340k players

assuming your PC cand handle that. Mine is pretty solid but estimated game speed is half a star for an estimate of 280k players
