Hulk, Gotze or Hazard

Im in my second season with Tottenham and looking out for a right Inside forward. I'm looking at either Hulk, Gotze or Hazard for that position.
Hulk is transfer listed and is available at £16.5m. Hazard & Gotze are more expensive at £35m+. I have the budget so that is not a issue (£50m).
In my situation who would you buy?
Or would you go for someone completely different?

Gotze is better down the left, Hazard is brilliant and is young so he will only get better but Hulk is on the cheap and its a good idea to go for him he can be a machience

Hulk is a beast and for that money he's a real bargain. Plus, he's left footed and that's very important with right inside forwards.

Hulk is definately choice, he has the finishing and left footed for right side, Gotze and hazard won't scored much but they can be a good assist.
