i cannot score!! losing and drawing every game

i am struggling to score and win games with my Reading team.
i have 2 quick pacey strikers. Pongolle and Dentinho. who cannot score to save their lives.
midfield cannot score, the only player to score has been my CB Rusol in open play.

i am rather good at FM and have been, never been relegated or anything, but i am struggling so much at the moment, got promoted 1st season and lying 16th in Premier league,

what is a good tactic for me?
