I cant download !? :(

Hello Guys

Mu problem is that i would love to download some of all the great tactics and other wonderfull stuff you can find in here . But allmost all the time i try to download something a pop-up window shows up and tell me i dont have any program to open/download it with .. What do you guys use ??

how do i turn it into a TAC file it downloads as a RAR and i cnt use it in the game?

Unzip it using winrar or something
