I cant get a scout report of a player seen available for loan??? pls help me

So im a blue square premiership team and trying to fill positions with loan players. I seen a player id like to read more on though its not lletting me get a scout report for him. I do not understand this at all ????

Is he at a foreign club?

Small clubs are often only allowed to scout within their own nation due to financial constraints.

he had a irish flag on his proflie and i kinda thought he was at an irish club to thou i tihnk he is an irish guy at a spanish team. So yeas, maybe i cant scout there as its some way away, thanks bud for clearing this up for me

Somewhere on your board confidence screen it tells you where you are allowed to scout, at least i think its there. If not its probably on the scouting homepage.

u are spot on. i found a scounting section in the board room screen. says i can scout in the UK, PLUS!!! in France if i wish to also, lol. Thats kind of them
