I cant hire an assistent manager

Hello.

Im i danish guy and i have problems with my football manager 2012. I cant hire a assistent manager and others coches, not even a bad coach. The salary i can offer is generally 500 to 1500 kr under wath every coaches wants. I have a lot money and big budget. But i cant hire him.

I need a assistent manager, but the problem is the salary.

Please help me???!!!!!

Do you already have an Assistant Manager? Sometimes the board restricts you on how much staff you can have, so If you already have an Assistant Manager, you will not be able to hire another one as the board will feel you wont need one.

I cant offer him enough. An example. He wants 4500 and i can only offer 4000. It is the same with all the coaches. And i have a lot of money.

Hmm, it sounds like a board restriction. Have you tried adjusting your budget? Try and move the slider so you have more wages than transfer and see if you can offer him money then.
