I can't see the January transfer pack updates

I downloaded FM2011 from Steam a coupe of weeks ago and started a game with West Ham. I've had a look around the various squads and can't find Demba Ba. I've also realised the Bent is still at Sunderland and Torres is still at Liverpool. I thought that the transfers might update when I go past January 2011 in the game but alas, there were no updates.

Any reason why I can't see the players or do I need to download/apply an update?
