I CAN'T SIGN ANY PLAYER/STAFF

i make the bid.the club accepts.i offer a contract and the suddenly the offer is whitdrawn.
with staff is a little bit different.aproach to sign and the nothing appears in inbox.
by the way is a network game and the other player CAN do all this things.
any ideas? i appreciate..
