I can't take international jobs

I am Liverpool, when I apply for an international job such as England, they then offer me the job, I clicked "accept offer", a few game days later it asks me again, please help me. Thanks in advance

I have the same problem. If I download the patch, will I have to start a new game for it to take effect?

Could you go on holiday when you get a job offer, and simply click "apply for managerial positions"
