I challenge you to upload a tactic for smaller teams, that WORKS.

Yeah, so looking at the tactics beeing posted around here it seems they are all for big clubs, there is not a single tactic for the smaller teams. I know there must be someone out there that have the know how on how to do it.
I've tried and tried, but fail unfortunatly. Now I don't expect at tactic that will make feks make Swansea win the PL the first season, what I'm after is a tactic that will make a small team perform well vs small/medium clubs, and perhaps if every thing goes well shook a big club now and then.

So If any one is up for the challeng please please, respond in this thread and if you are able to make souch tactic the please upload it.

Here are some of my tactics/approaches that works. Naturally, if having an unbalanced squad, one will loose matches regardless of tactics.( 3 different links, even though the name is the same in 2 of them)
