I don't understand why I was knocked out...

The rules of the competition says 1st points then Goal difference then goals scored then coefficient. As you can see, my goal difference is higher yet I finished 3rd in my group... Please let me know why this happened

The Champions League doesnt work like that. The sorting rules are like this -

Head to Head
Goal Difference
Goals Scored
UEFA Coefficient

So, you probably lost one or two of the games against Schalke, that is why you are out.
