I had promsied a player I would sign a ex-teammate or friend to help him settle. I know some Tottenham players could resolve this issue since I had signed Georges-Kévin Nkoudou from Tottenham. is their anyway to see some "friends" who would resolve this issue for him?

No, since I do not have the option to ask him to reccomend a signing. If I click/hover over the interaction button, it just says "conversation history"

If you click on the player, then go onto his profile, scroll to the information page and it should have a list of his favoured personnel, try signing the cheapest one of them.
